Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
