Orders are packed within 24–48 hours. Each jig is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets Enso’s quality standards.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help you update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.
Express options are available for select locations and will appear at checkout if eligible.
returns, exchanges & warranty
Yes. We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
Please note that used or fished jigs are not eligible for return, as performance wear is part of normal use.

Usage & Care
After each session, rinse gently in fresh water and allow them to dry fully before storing. Avoid leaving them wet in sealed tackle boxes, as trapped moisture can dull crowns and accelerate wear.
The outer cloth and foil are designed for durability, but cosmetic wear is part of honest fishing.
Over time, you may notice fraying from repeated strikes and small tears from aggressive squid bites
This isn’t failure... it’s feedback.
In fact, many experienced anglers find that slightly worn jigs often continue to perform exceptionally well. Cloth damage typically means the jig has triggered repeated strikes - which is exactly what it’s designed to do.
If a jig looks used, it usually means it’s earned its place.
